Is there anyway to get a refund on a ticket I purchased? My son and his girlfriend broke up and now I have a ticket for her that she will never use. It is a one day park hopper on 12/28. Or is my only option to change the name on the ticket

    Hi Michelle! Welcome to planDisney.

Gawrsh! A holiday breakup is not magical. But there is no better place to heal a wounded heart than Walt Disney World Resort. I bet a few meet-and-greets with famous Disney Princesses will do the trick. Your son can meet Cinderella and some of her visiting Princess Pals at Princess Fairytale Hall.

While Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, you do have a couple of options. First, I would transfer the ticket to you or another travel partner for a later date. Please note, you may have to pay the difference in cost if that new date is more expensive. If your transferred ticket expires, for most tickets, that value can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket in the future. For further assistance, please call the Existing Ticket Center Help Center.

Your vacation is just in time to catch the last few days of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Enjoy festive treats and drinks from the Holiday Kitchens. I adored the Gingerbread White Stout from Refreshment Outpost.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
