    Hi Alyssa!

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm happy to help you with your Walt Disney World reservation! While I am not sure what you need help with specifically, I am going to provide you with a few resources that will point you in the right direction.

    Changes / Cancellations
    If you would like to modify or cancel your current Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or package reservation, log in to your Disney account on the Walt Disney World website. You will see your upcoming reservation listed below. Click on "Change Reservation," then click on "Change" next to the "Travel Dates" section. From this screen click on the calendar icon and change the date of your check-out. Click on "Update" and the next screen will show you the rooms available along with the rate. Once you update your dates, you can check out and see your new total. If the resort and room you are currently staying in are not available, you can also look for alternate resorts and room types.

    If you need help with overall planning for your vacation, I recommend starting on the planning page. This guide can help you with a resort hotel, ticket, and dining plans.

    If you need help making an advanced dining reservation, you may make, change, or cancel dining reservations online. Visit the dining link to make a new reservation or log in to your My Disney Experience account to modify an existing reservation.

    You can also find a lot of information on the My Disney Experience Mobile App, such as a listing of all of your dining reservations, resort hotel reservation, photo pass, and Genie+.
