    Is there anyway of getting a taxi or does Disney have a shuttle that can take us from our resort to outside the park for groceries? Coming in on the 8th of October.

    Hi Mary Alice!

    While Disney resorts merchandise store do carry some grocery essentials for guests, such as milk, bread, cookies, etc., it definitely isn't as plentiful as a grocery store. Although Disney does not offer shuttle service to stores off property, you can request a taxi from the front desk. Taxi pricing can range from $15 and up from the resorts to stores right outside the WDW complex.

    One option for you might be to rent a car for a 24 hour period. Alamo and National car rental companies have an on site office at the Car Care Center (CCC), and guests are able to rent cars anywhere from one day to a week plus. There is a shuttle available from your resort to the CCC in order for you to pick up the car and return it.
