Hi Kat, welcome to planDisney! I am so excited you want to begin planning a trip to my favorite place, Walt Disney World! You and your family will have the best time ever! Thank you for your question today! Kat, the only 2 ways you can purchase military tickets for Walt Disney World are by purchasing them at the ITT/LTS office at your nearest military installation, or by ordering them from the Attractions and Tickets Sales Office at
Shades of Green Resort. My family and I usually head to our Leisure/Travel office at the installation we are stationed at and purchase them there. You will receive "exchange certificates" which will have a barcode and number code on the back. Once you get those certificates, you can link them to your account on the
My Disney Experience app. You will then have the chance to make those Park Pass reservations that are needed to enter the theme park that day. Make sure to hold on to those exchange certificates though! Once you arrive at Walt Disney World, you will need to activate them at one of the four Guest Relations offices at the entrance to any of the four theme parks, OR by stopping by Guest Relations at Disney Springs. The service member will need to be present with their military I.D. to activate the tickets. Once they do that, you can enter the theme parks without the service member present.
Kat, I hope my recommendations help you with your planning journey! If you have other questions, feel free to ask me at any time! I will be more than happy to help! Happy planning!
