    Is there anything special planned for June 13, 2014 (Friday the 13th) at WDW?

    Hi Richard,

    As of right now, nothing special has been announced for that particular Friday the 13th. Disney does not typically honor this "holiday" in any special way.

    There was, however, an exception when a special "Unleash the Villains" event held on Friday, Sept 13, 2013. This event was not announced until about two weeks earlier, so guests did not have much advance notice. My feeling was that this particular Friday 13th got special attention because last year was the "Limited Time Magic" promotion with lots of surprises, and because it fell during September when the Magic Kingdom was already decorated for Halloween.

    It's certainly still possible that Disney could make an announcement of a Friday 13th announcement for this year, but I'm not expecting this to happen.
