Is there anything special happening at Animal Kingdom or at the hotels for Easter?

    Hi Cara!

Easter is such a wonderful time of yEAR to visit Walt Disney World! Every Easter, the Easter Bunny visits Walt Disney World in the days leading up to Easter Sunday. I'm not aware of any Easter activities at Animal Kingdom, but Magic Kingdom offers several special opportunities. You can meet the Easter Bunny in the Town Square area.

There is an Easter Procession, which will include beautiful spring flowers, pastel colors, spring decorations, and of course, Mr. and Mrs. Bunny. You will be able to meet the Easter Bunny after the parade as well.

The Spring Trolley Show is held by the Citizens of Main Street and they dress in their Easter best. Several Walt Disney World resorts offer a special Easter brunch. The Animal Kingdom Lodge offers an Easter Brunch at Boma

My favorite Easter activity though is the Easter Egg Display at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. The Disney pastry chefs make beautifully decorated chocolate eggs and put them on display. You can also see the Easter Egg Display at The Contemporary Resort.

I hope you have a magical Easter at Walt Disney World!

    Magically,
    Stacy
