Is there anything going on on New Years Eve, preferably in Magic Kingdom?

    Hi, Lexi!
I'm so excited you're thinking about experiencing New Year's Eve at Magic Kingdom Park. It is one of the biggest partied I've ever attended.

A couple of years ago, my two kids and I had a chance to spend all of New Year's Eve in the park. We got there early because we knew the park is known to close at some point in the day because of attendance limits. We rode on rides and played Sorcerors of The Magic Kingdom for hours.

Around 5 or 6PM, the park got packed, especially along Main Street, U.S.A. Many people were already setting up spots to sit for the New Year's fireworks. We decided we didn't need to be in that area to watch the fireworks so we went into Frontierland where a DJ had a really fun dance party. We danced, we ate candy and we rode on Big Thunder Mountain late at night. At midnight, Walt Disney World Resort gives Guests in Magic Kingdom Park the biggest fireworks show I've ever experienced in my life. The show surrounds the park. It's huge and incredibly memorable.

To us, New Year's Eve at Walt Disney World is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I'm so glad we can say we experienced it. I hope you get to enjoy the magical experience as well!
