Hi Emily, and welcome to planDisney! There’s nothing more exciting than planning your next Disney trip. And November is such a great time to visit since the weather is usually starting to cool off. So, let’s talk about the options for booking your vacation!
It sounds like you’re looking to reserve a two or three-night resort hotel stay along with one-day theme park tickets. Resort hotel availability is constantly changing, but at the time I’m writing this, I do see a few different options for two and three-night stays in early November.
When you’re booking a Disney World Vacation Package (buying a hotel stay and theme park tickets together), you need to add at least a two-day theme park ticket to the package. But, if you’re only looking to spend one day in the parks, Hakuna Matata! You can
book a reservation for just the hotel room (when you’re checking out on the website, you’ll see the option to select No Ticket on the Add Theme Park Tickets page). After that’s done, you can purchase one-day tickets in a separate transaction on the
Tickets page. This can all be done on the Disney World website or by calling the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number.
Don’t forget to check the
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page to see if there are any discounts that can be applied to your resort hotel stay. Currently, there’s a
Holiday Season offer that might apply to your dates!
Even with a one-day ticket, there’s still so much to do at Disney World without even going into the theme parks. This year,
Disney Resort hotel guests get
complimentary water park admission on check-in day, which is the practically perfect way to kick off your vacation… not to mention an amazing value! Some of my family’s other favorite resort day activities include heading to shop or eat at
Disney Springs or booking a character meal at one of the other Disney Resort hotels. We love having breakfast with Mickey at
Topolino’s Terrace at
Riviera Resort!
And when you get to your resort hotel, look for the recreation schedule, which is often posted in the lobby or near the pool. You’ll find lots of activities, which can include roasting marshmallows or family yoga, depending on the resort.
I’m wishing you the most magical stay at Disney World this November! And if you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney.
