Is there anyplace we can find nutritional information for my 4 year old daughter who is a type 1 diabetic? We need to know the carb count of her food.

Hi, Kelly! Because the menus and the ingredients change so frequently at Walt Disney World, they don't provide a list of nutritional components for any of the meals at the parks or resorts. The best thing to do is to familiarize yourself with some generic figures - like how many carbs are in a burger bun. You can find websites and apps for your smart phone that will help you find and keep track of carbs. Also, talk to the chef at the restaurants. You can note specialty dietary needs on every dining reservation, and a chef will talk to you about adapting meals. You can even talk to someone at counter service locations about the best dietary choices. Remember while at Walt Disney World, you can find sugar free, but it doesn't mean carb free. And test sugars more often! Good luck, and have a great vacation!
