Hi, Jaynee! The Tangierine Cafe has always been a go to quick service option for me when I've traveled with friends or family who are gluten free, and we've always been able to find food my GF friends were able to enjoy.
I will say, before I recommend them to you, that you absolutely must check when you arrive to determine what is safe. The menu items here have changed periodically, and things that were always gluten free before may have had a recipe change that makes them no longer gluten free. A friend has always ordered the Chicken Shwarma platter, and they can substitute the gluten free lentil salad, an extra side of hummus, or marinated olives for the gluten containing cous cous or tabouleh. However, on our last visit, we were told that this meal now contains gluten. They couldn't tell me if that was a permanent change, but my friend opted instead for the Morrocan Kefta sandwich without the bun (they also advised that they had no gluten free buns, which they have had in the past).
You can view the
Tangierine Cafe Menu yourself to see if there is enough on there for you to make a meal of. I also suggest asking to speak to a member of the culinary team when you arrive. They can usually steer you in the right direction for gluten free menu items.
Have a wonderful time on your upcoming visit!
