Can anyone tell me if the service yourway giftcard program is still an option . We are going to be there in Jan 2019 .

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Charlene! It is so exciting to hear you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort so soon!

The Service Your Way Program is available at value and moderate resorts at the Walt Disney World Resort. It allows you to decline housekeeping services during your stay at a Disney Resort hotel.

Charlene, if you choose to use the Service Your Way program, you will receive a Disney Gift Card based on the length of your Disney Resort hotel stay. You will receive a $10-per-night credit, except for the last night. Currently, it is not possible to opt out of Housekeeping services for part of your stay. If you choose to take advantage of this program, you can call Guest Services or Housekeeping on your Resort room telephone to get trash removed, and/or request toiletries and fresh towels whenever you need them.

I hope you find this answer helpful. If you have any more questions regarding your upcoming visit, please drop us a line. We, at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, love to help!

    See you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
