Has anyone stayed at the treehouses of Saratoga Springs and what are the points needed for these accomadations

    Hi Nancy!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. One of my favorite things about being a Disney Vacation Club Member is the variety of Resort options that we have. Depending on where, when, and what type of room you desire, there is something that will fit every vacation. It sounds like you are a fan of rustic comfort, and the Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa perfectly fit the bill!

We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday by staying at The Villas and loved it! Being surrounded by woodlands transported us to our rustic paradise, and we were only a five-minute walk away from the main resort buildings, including fantastic amenities (Sunrise Yoga anyone?). We also had easy access to the boat to Disney Springs! The Villas sleep nine and come with a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, two bathrooms, and an oversized deck where we enjoyed a tranquil breakfast each morning. All in all, it was the perfect “glamping” weekend.

The amount of points required to stay at The Villas depends on the time of year. I checked the Points Calendar for 2019, and during Premier (or High) Season, The Villas can be 76 points per night. On the other hand, during Adventure (or Low) Season, you can “glamp” for as low as 39 points per night stay. So the number of points that you will need to stay will depend on how long and during what season you vacation. The Points Calculator on the Disney Vacation Club website is interactive, so spend some time playing with it and calculating the points you need!

One of our Disney Vacation Club “homes” is Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. While I was walking through Wilderness Lodge Mercantile, I came across the perfect pin. It read, “I’m a glamper, not a camper.” It has become my motto! When you stay at The Villas, I have a feeling that you will adopt the motto too!

    chEARs to a fantastic stay!
