    has anyone been to Ridemakerz? It looks fantastic and as it is my son's birthday we thought we would try it, but we don't want to pay a fortune if it the end product is not worth it.

    Hi Melanie,

    My daughters have made Ridemakerz cars and LOVED them. In fact, that's what they chose for their most recent birthday gift.

    There are a number of options from simple to very ornate, giving the cars a variety of price points. My girls made medium-fancy cars, which ended up being priced in the neighborhood of about $60 each. They got to choose the car body, wheel design, and loads of decorations. They had so much fun putting together their designs and then racing the remote control cars around the showroom to the delight of other guests. 

    They've continued to have fun with the cars at home and have used them many times reliably here. My daughters are not generally kids who play with cars - and they had a great time at Ridemakerz. If you have a son who is into cars, he'd likely be in heaven there.
