    Has anyone had luck with requesting adjoining or side by side rooms at moderate resorts? I need some positive reassurance with this request, since Disney doesn't promise adjoining rooms. Need a room for 3 adults 2 children and traveling in May 2011.

    Hi Stacey! We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside with my brother's family in March and were able to get adjoining rooms. I recommend calling a Disney reservationist and putting the request on your reservation at (407) 939-7429. Advise the cast member at check-in of your request as well. Disney cast members will to their very best  to accommodate your request. If for some reason it is totally impossible, be sure to ask for two rooms as close together as possible.
