    Does anyone have a list of gluten free options at the Flower & Garden festival? In the past the online menus and booklets at festivals would show what options were gluten free, but not anymore! The dietary team could not assist me!

    EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is one of my favorite times of the year. The magic of spring, the return of warm, beautiful weather, and this festival has so many magical activities for families. Have fun finding your favorite characters as topiaries, dine "around the world" in the various Outdoor Kitchens throughout the park, and enjoy live music on select nights. At this time, Walt Disney World Resort has not released the 2024 menus for Flower & Garden. Check the Disney Parks Blog to keep up with all the latest updates, magical announcements, and exciting news. Make sure to follow planDisney on Instagram too, for all the latest updates. In the meantime, check out this article from last year's festival, highlighting the gluten-free menu options. 

    If you have Mouseketeers traveling with you, participate in Spike Bee's Pollen-Nation Exploration scavenger hunt. This was a hit for my family last year, we had a great time finding Spike throughout EPCOT, and we went home with a fun prize that we picked up in the Creations Shop. You will be able to purchase your scavenger hunt map here also. Check out Butterfly Landing, which is near the Imagination Pavilion. It's so fun watching little ones discover and observe butterflies!
