Mom And Daughter Resort Room

    Does anyone know if there are standard rooms in the main bldg of the Boardwalk? We are traveling with another family who will be in a Deluxe Room and we want to be as close to them as possible. Thank You!

    Hi Jennifer,

    There are a mix of rooms on floors at the Boardwalk as well at all Walt Disney World Resorts. When you are talking about rooms you have to look at location to amenities and transportation. You also look at the view such as a beautiful pool or a parking lot.

    I have stayed at the Boardwalk and usually take a standard room. One year I was on the side of the building that looked out over the parking lot and across the hall was a view of a pool. A standard room could be next to the elevator and the deluxe further down the hallway.

    I would put in a request to the Boardwalk about 10 days out requesting to be near your friends. They should make the similar request. If you are arriving together, talk to the cast member at the front desk as this may help them place you as close as possible to one another.
