Anyone know how well the restaurants deal with a milk and egg allergic child?

Hi, Melanie!  I think Walt Disney World is one of the most accommodating places to go when you are dealing with food allergies.  When making your dining reservations, you can note it on each reservation.  In most cases, a member of the culinary team will talk to you about what foods are safe, or even what they can make that may not be on the menu.

We also have had a chef walk us through a buffet to discuss options that are safe for a guest with allergies on the buffet.  They can point out things that your little one will be able to enjoy, or again, they can make suggestions about what they may be able to adapt to your specific needs in the kitchen.

Just make sure you let everyone know of the allergy!  If you've been sure to note it on the reservation, remind them when you check in, and remind your server when they come to take your order.

Oh - and counter service locations are equally as helpful!  They usually don't have the same flexibility at adapting the menu (although they will have some things they can do), but they can steer you in the right direction!

    Have a wonderful visit!
