    does anyone know where I can get the recipe or close to it for those famous smoked Toluca Turkey Legs?

    Aaaah the turkey legs. So tempting. So juicy. So mmmmmmmm.

    The secret is apparently in the brining. I was unable to find an exact recipe. But if you go to the website recipelink.com and search on "WDW turkey" you'll find a big discussion of this topic and lots of people's ideas on how to replicate the flavor and texture of the WDW turkey legs.

    The Moms are willing to sample any attempts ;-)
