Does anyone know which would be quicker... To walk from BOG restaurant to thunder mountain ride if going direct or hop on the train in fantasyland and go to frontierland via the rail road? Trying to plan out MK day with large family group. Thanks

    Hey Kerry-anne!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Hands down the quickest way to get to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad from Be Our Guest is by walking. There are a couple of reasons for this: (1) you have to walk approximately 5 minutes in the opposite direction to get to the Fantasyland train station, (2) you will likely have to wait for the next train to arrive and (3) the train will make a stop at the Main Street, U.S.A. station prior to the Frontierland stop. That all being said, if you are looking for a fun, leisurely way to get to Frontierland I highly recommend taking the Walt Disney World Railroad. There is also some fun scenery along the way you will only experience by taking the railroad.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions about navigating the parks or any other aspect of your Walt Disney World vacation please come back and see me.

Wishing you a *MAGICAL* vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
