This personalized service enables guests to inquire about ingredients, preparation methods, and possible allergens present in the dishes. By having direct access to a chef, guests can receive detailed information and discuss any special accommodations that may be necessary to tailor a meal to their specific dietary requirements. Just seek out a Cast Member and they will have a Chef come out to meet you at your table if you are choosing a Table-Service location, or even at any Quick-Service locations.

My Disney Experience Mobile app. You can search all dining locations and find each location's menu. Once you pull up a menu, keep scrolling until you get to the Allergy-Friendly sections. You will see under each of the Allergy-Friendly sections a list of foods that can be made to accommodate that specific allergy. So in doing a quick search, if you head over to the
Everything Pop Shopping & Dining Breakfast Menu, I see that they have a Kids’ Allergy-Friendly Waffles – Egg Allergy Friendly option! If you don’t see an allergy menu on the website, you will be able to request an Allergen Guide upon arrival at the location.
Lastly, even if you view the menu and don't see that there is an allergy-friendly option listed for your little one, I still recommend asking to speak to the Chef. They have always been so incredibly helpful and kind to our family.
