Jambo Lauren,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you have some magical memories on their way. Walt Disney World is enchanting for all ages, but there is something special about visiting with
the littles!
I've traveled to Walt Disney World Resorts many times with
babes, and I love how convenient it is to have a "home away from home" when you stay in a
Disney Vacation Club Villa. Your
1-Bedroom Villa will have a
crib and highchair ensuite. Most of the "cribs" are standard size Pack ’n Plays, but some cribs are available. Since I traveled with twins, we would get a random assortment of playpens and cribs depending on availability. We brought an extra foldable "mattress" for the Pack ’n Play that made it a bit more comfortable for our
kiddies. The cribs have a standard crib mattress. I would
call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to see if they can put a request for a "crib" rather than playpen on your reservation. The request isn't guaranteed, but hopefully, they can come through for your little one.
Both the Pack ’n Play and the crib come with a fitted sheet, so you don't need to bring linens from home (unless
baby boy has a specific one he sleeps with!) There are also several local companies from whom you can rent a crib. We have happily used Kingdom Strollers several times. The process was very straightforward, and the products are excellent.
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I wish you a magical vacation!
