    Does anyone know the best place(s) to get Disney Mr. Potato Head parts? I've heard of filling boxes--approx how many pieces fit and what is the cost? Thanks so much!!

    Erin does a very complete job HERE answering your question about where to find Mr. Potato Head and his Disney parts.  The last time I checked (mid 2008), the price for one box was about $18 plus tax.  If you already have a Mr. Potato Head body at home, then you can save space by not including him and only filling the box with all of the extra parts.  I would describe the box as looking like a very tall Chinese take out food box.  It can hold lots and lots of parts, but it depends on which exact parts you choose. We have always found that we can fit in more parts than we really need.

    Bonus tip: Ask the Cast Member at the store to help you fill the box.  They can give you some good tips on how to pack efficiently, in case you do somehow find a need to fit in just one more ear or arm!
