Has anyone heard if DIsney has announced options for Passholders with medically fragile family? Will we be able to cancel our passes or renew and reset our passes to a year from the date we enter the park like when we first started?

    Hi there, John!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m so glad you stopped by with your question.

I, too, am part of the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder family! It’s one of the best decisions my family has ever made because of our love for prolonging the magic all year long! The magical benefits such as Walt Disney World Resort hotel discounts, dining and as well as the merchandise discounts can’t be beat!

It is important to plan ahead, especially with family members who are at higher risk during these unprecedented times. With the current ticket policies, I called and spoke with a Cast Member at the Annual Passholders Help Desk and was told the best option would be to contact them so they could discuss the different options available. The wonderful Cast Members at Walt Disney World Annual Passholder line are ready to assist you with any of your Passholder questions specific to your individual family’s needs.

John, even when plans change, I truly believe it’s never a goodbye when it comes to visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth. It’s more of a “see ya soon, pal!”
