Ahoy, Joani!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You'll be happy to know Disney Cruise Line makes
cruising with little ones very simple! My son was around 18 months on our first sailing, and it was definitely one of our easiest vacations with a baby in tow! The complimentary strollers are available on a first-come basis at
Guest Services. I suggest stopping by Guest Services shortly after boarding to reserve yours. You will need to put a deposit down on your stateroom account that will be refunded upon returning the stroller at the end of your sailing. We brought a small umbrella stroller to have while we traveled to the port, but used one of the strollers available onboard for the rest of the week. They are not the same ones available in the Disney Parks. They are a jogger style with the three wheels, which helps you maneuver easily through the corridors, around the decks and in port. They do collapse, and we stored ours in the bathtub when we weren't using it. If your cruise includes a stop at
Castaway Cay, there will be strollers and wagons available first-come, first-served near the Scuttle's Cove Tram Stop. We picked one up for the day and didn't have to worry about getting the other stroller all sandy! It was very convenient to have on the island.
Thank you for stopping by with your question, Joani! Please let us know if you need further assistance!
Have a magical day!
