Welcome to planDisney, Christina!
Hold the phone … Are you telling me they had butternut squash ravioli at
1900 Park Fare? Why am I just now finding this out when I can’t hop over there to try it? You’ve got my tastebuds dreaming
even more of the day they open back up!
I wish I had a reserve of Walt Disney World Resort recipes in my back pocket to share with you, but their culinary secrets tend to stay amongst the chefs. However, it never hurts to reach out to Guest Services to put in a request for the recipe you seek. My mom emailed Guest Services after our very first family trip all those years ago asking for the recipe to the Rice Cream from
Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Norway in
EPCOT, and, to her surprise, they replied to her with the exact recipe. There’s no guarantee your query will produce the same results, but it’s worth a shot. Head over to the
“Contact Us” page on the Walt Disney World Resort website and click on “Email” to send Guest Services your question.
Occasionally
shopDisney has cookbooks available for purchase that feature recipes from the theme parks, so there’s a chance the butternut squash ravioli recipe could be included in one of those. Even if it's not included, you’ll have a host of magical recipes to try out at home. You’ll find even more Disney culinary creations to try if you visit the
Disney Parks Blog and search for “Cooking Up the Magic.” This series features the recipes for some of the most popular and tasty treats from Disney Parks. Perhaps one of the featured dishes will hold you over until 1900 Park Fare opens its doors to Guests again.
Christina, I’m sorry I wasn’t able to offer you the recipe you seek. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that Guest Services can help make your dream come true. If you think of anything else we can help with, please stop by planDisney again.
Have a magical day,
Alyssa
