Has anyone attended the Night of Joy? Does it function like the other hard ticket parties and did I read correctly that you get a water park ticket for every Joy ticket you buy? How are the crowds? Thanks.

Hi, Jaynee! My family and I have attended Night of Joy, and we loved it! There is something so special about this event! It packs many favorite artists into one big celebration! Yes, it functions like other hard-ticket events. The Magic Kingdom will close to its day Guests at 7:00 P.M., and unless Guests have purchased admission to the Night of Joy, they will exit the park at that time. Night of Joy begins at 7:30 P.M. and lasts until 1:00 A.M. Because there are a limited number of tickets sold, the number of Guests is very manageable. You are right about the water park ticket. Night of Joy tickets for BOTH nights that are purchased ON OR BEFORE August 11, 2015 include one admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, OR DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park. Admission is valid from September 8 – September 14, 2015. (Fine print: Water Parks subject to rehabilitation, seasonal and weather closures.) Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
