Hey there, Tony!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'll admit, your question stumped me on first glance, but as a fellow cocktail lover, I'm always up for a bit of research! Let's discuss my findings.
A trip to
EPCOT should be on your itinerary as
Teppan Edo and
Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya, both located in the Japan Pavilion, feature Haku Vodka, which is distilled from 100% Japanese white rice.
Advance dining reservations are recommended for both restaurants, but I just did a quick check and noted availability around your arrival date. Fingers crossed you can snag a spot and tip up your cup while you enjoy a delicious meal.
EPCOT also typically features Boyd & Blair Vodka, a Pennsylvania potato-based spirit, on many of its festival menus. I missed the
Boyd & Blair Lavender Martini during my visit to EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival this spring, but I'd bet we'll see another Boyd & Blair offering when the
Disney Eats Foodie Guide for
EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival is released. Unfortunately, this festival kicks off after your visit, but I'd keep the idea on tap for a future vacation.
In the meantime, I recommend snagging a reservation for
Geo-82, an adult-only lounge inspired by Spaceship Earth. While I can't guarantee the bar will have many alternate vodka offerings, they do have a pretty extensive selection, and the bartenders can shake or stir cocktails beyond the menu. Side note- the Tuscan Olive Oil Martini is made from VUSA African Vodka, which is crafted from African sugarcane, and is absolutely delicious. Our server said it tasted a bit like bruschetta, which I can confirm. If you are a fan of unique savory cocktails, you might want to give it a try!
Outside the parks, I'd check if bar seating is available at
California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The Signature Restaurant offers beautiful views, and the full-service bar features an array of premium spirits. Again, while I can't guarantee the available assortment, I'm hopeful you'll find something to toast with!
Tony, I hope this helps you say "cheers" during your upcoming vacation. If we can answer any additional questions, please don't hesitate to come back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
