    Hello, I anticipate traveling to WDW in March 2015. We've purchased tickets to the dessert party at Magic Kindom for 6:15pm, but the fireworks start @ 10. Do we have to stay all that time and wait?

    Hi Jason!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   It sounds like you are already making some fabulous plans for your March vacation.   I can assure you from personal experience that the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party is a spectacular way to cap off a pixie-dusted day at Magic Kingdom.   The desserts are delicious, and the view of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular can't be beat. 

    I recently answered a similar question for a Guest a few days ago.   I have called and spoke with Cast Members and for some reason the computer system is defaulting to a 6:15 PM reservation time for the event no matter what time Wishes is set to begin each night.   I have been assured that the party will begin one hour before Wishes Nighttime Spectacular is set to begin on the day you plan on attending the party.   If the fireworks begin at 10 PM, you would be able to enter the party at 9 PM.   I do advise you to call and reconfirm the fireworks schedule with Disney Dining about two weeks before your trip.  You can reach them at (407) WDW-DINE, or (407) 939-3463.
