Welcome back to planDisney, Andrea! I'm thrilled you find our advice helpful. My pals and I are always delighted to share our best tips with guests like yourself.
It’s wonderful having a Disney Cruise Line vacation to look forward to, and it looks like your trip with extended family will add even more magic to the experience.
Regarding smoking, please note that it's not allowed inside Guest staterooms and on stateroom verandahs. However, there are
three designated smoking locations on board, all located on the port side: Deck 4, aft, on the outside Promenade Deck from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; Deck 12, aft, the outdoor area accessible through the
Meridian Lounge at any time; and Deck 13, forward, near
Currents Bar, at any time.
Near Port Canaveral, you'll find several parishes that may host Saturday morning services, allowing you to attend before boarding your ship. Since Sunday is a sea day, you could see if you can find a televised service. At this time, there are no scheduled religious services on board. Additionally, when in Tortola, check out St. Williams Roman Catholic Parish for a potential weekday Mass; it's conveniently located within walking distance from the cruise port.
The Disney Fantasy features one of my favorite nighttime shows,
“Disney's Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular.” Watching beloved Disney stories come to life on stage is truly incredible, and the Genie steals the show! The Walt Disney Theatre doors open approximately 30 minutes before showtime, so I recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes early to snag a prime spot in the front and center rows, ensuring you don't miss any of the magic!
Beyond the enchanting musicals, the ship offers an
abundance of entertainment options. From lively deck parties, first-run movies, and character meet-and-greets to trivia sessions, refreshing pools, and interactive youth clubs, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! Please stop by and visit us again.
SEAS the adventure!
