Hello, Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Cruise Line section of planDisney. We're thrilled to have you aboard!
You will select a Port Arrival Time as part of the online check-in process. This is the designated time you should arrive at the terminal. You’ll also receive a boarding group number. I frequently travel with my in-laws where our reservations are linked. You have to complete the online check-in process for each stateroom individually, even with linked staterooms.
First-time cruisers may begin online check-in 30 days before sailing.
To help this process go smoothly, you’ll need a picture of everyone’s passport or citizenship documents, contact and emergency contact information, your credit card number for the onboard account, and an individual color photo of each guest taken against a neutral background. I like to keep all the pictures in a folder on my computer, so they are easy to find.
Upon arrival at the port, Disney Cruise Line representatives will check your Port Arrival Form and scan everyone's citizenship documents to finalize the check-in process. Then, it's time to pass through the iconic golden Mickey ears and embark on your cruise adventure!
With multiple staterooms linked, we sometimes do not all get the same Port Arrival Time. In that case, we all follow the latest stateroom's designated time. Whether you set foot on the ship right on the dot or a few minutes later,
I promise the magic will be waiting for you. Here's to a fantastic cruise filled with unforgettable memories. Please stop by and see us again if you have any additional questions.
SEAS the adventure!
