Hi Tammy! One of the great things about Disney Cruise Line is that no matter which ship you are sailing, you can be sure that there will be many activities for everyone in the family.
All four of Disney's cruise ships offer Bingo, wine and other alcohol tastings, trivia games and more. I just returned last week from the Magic's 6-night sailing out of Galveston and really enjoyed the activities onboard! Though I don't play Bingo, there were many games throughout the cruise and I know many guests were very involved with the Bingo sessions. My favorite trivia games were "So You Want To Be A Mouseketeer" which is a Disney's version of "Millionaire" and "Mickey Mania", both of which take place in
Studio Sea on the Magic and Wonder.
On another sailing my daughter and I were chosen from the audience to be contestants for "Mickey Mania," a game show where teams buzz in to answer Disney trivia and win prizes. My daughter has our Disney Cruise Line trophy proudly displayed in her room from that game!
My husband and I have done wine tastings, margarita tastings and martini tastings onboard most of the ships and really enjoy those. The tastings do require an additional fee of about $15 per person, and once you are onboard you can sign up for these at Guest Services. If you think you'd like to do one, I suggest heading to Guest Services as soon as you board, as these tastings do fill up quickly. The sailings out of Galveston are currently offering a Texas Wine Tasting, which I heard was wonderful!
I promise you won't lack for something to do on the Magic, Tammy! Be sure to check your Personal Navigator daily, as you'll see all the activities and events listed there. Let me know if you have any other questions, Tammy!
