This was answered, but I couldn't read the whole response. I like to walk (not run) in the morning. Does the Dream have a place where one can walk? Again, many thanks for all your help. 32 days to go!

    Ahoy Arlene!

Great to hear from you again!  I'm sorry you had some difficulty reading your response, but thanks for writing back for clarification!  32 days will be here in no time, and your magical voyage on the Dream will be setting sail for your Bahamian adventure!

I'm so glad to help you with this question because staying shipshape while cruising is very important to me too!  Walkers and runners have two options for their daily exercise routine.  Personally, I head to Deck Four to the Walking/Jogging Track for some incredible scenery as I make my way around the deck.  One lap is four tenths of a mile so eight laps is equal to a 5K or three miles.  Exercising with the ocean breeze in your hair is just perfect!

The second option for your daily walk is on the state-of-the-art treadmills located in the Senses Fitness Center.  If you choose this option, you will have the opportunity to utilize the TV on your treadmill or listen to your IPod.  If you forget your headphones, there are extras for you to use.

I hope you enjoy exercising on board the Dream as much as I did on my cruise!  Please let me know of any other last minute questions!

    Have a wonderful day!
