    Do annual passholders get discounts on the magicbands purchased?

    Hey, Ronna! There are so many wonderful reasons to become a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder. Being able to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth any time you wish upon a star definitely is the best reason, but having access to all of the discounts and special offers is another great reason. Just take a look at all of those discounts available! You may want to bookmark that page so you can check out all of the current discounts during each of your visits. If you are logged in on your My Disney Experience account while booking a resort stay, you should find an option for the Annual Passholder discount pricing. Also, be sure to mention when booking any tours or purchasing special event tickets that you are an Annual Passholder so you can receive special pricing!

    Did you notice all of the merchandise locations that offer up to 20% off for Annual Passholders? Many of them carry MagicBands and I am happy to let you know that the discount does apply to most MagicBand purchases, even the Annual Passholder exclusive ones. This is subject to change at any time, so be sure to chat with the Cast Member assisting you during checkout. Be sure to carry your ID with you so that your pass can be verified for discount eligibility. Annual Passholders will receive a complimentary MagicBand once their pass is activated. This complimentary MagicBand will appear as an Order in the My MagicBands and Cards section of My Disney Experience. You can even choose to upgrade this complimentary MagicBand to a premium one if it is a wish your heart has made. At this time, Annual Passholders do not receive a discount on the already discounted price of that premium MagicBand. Most of them are priced at $10, making it a great deal!
