I have annual passes, but my mother in law has 1 day left on a 3 day ticket, can she get the 1 day as a credit if she wants to upgrade to annual passes. we are both fla residents also.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, William!

First of all, Mickey and I would like to thank you for being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder. I think you're very kind to want to include your mother-in-law in the Passholder family as well! As long as she has some remaining value on her unused tickets, then that ticket can be upgraded, and the original purchase price would be applied toward the Annual Pass purchase. The best place to do this is in person at any Guest Relations location at the theme parks. Another option is to visit the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs the day before your visit so you can save precious park touring time by not having to wait in line. She'll want to make sure to bring her valid Florida driver's license or other proof of a Florida residential address with her. If she wishes to sign up for the Monthly Payment Program, she can also do it at this time.

I hope you have a magical time with your family during your vacation, William! If there's anything else we can do, remember we're all ears!
