Are annual passes still good to go on the actual expiration date?

    Hi Frank,

Welcome to planDisney from one Annual Passholder to another! As someone who travels from abroad, I always try to maximize the magic of my pass during visits to Walt Disney World Resort. From park hopping to enjoying discounts on dining, shopping, and special events, there are plenty of wonderful perks that come with being part of the Passholder family.

I’m happy to share some good news! A Cast Member confirmed that your Annual Pass remains valid right through the expiration date showing in your MyDisney account. I’ve personally used mine on that final day and made sure to soak up every last moment of magic before it expired.

If you’re thinking about renewing, you’ll have a generous window of time - beginning 60 days before and up to 30 days after your pass expires. You can renew in a few convenient ways. On the My Disney Experience App, simply head to “Tickets and Passes,” where you’ll see your AP details along with renewal options if you’re eligible. You can also complete an online renewal through the Annual Passholder section of the Walt Disney World website.

Frank, I hope you enjoy every second of your current pass and, if you choose to renew, that it brings you even more magical memories. If more questions pop up, please don’t hesitate to stop by planDisney again - we’d be delighted to help!

    Adventure is out there,
