Our Annual Passes expired 5/22, and I'm within the 30 days for renewal. I am not planning to renew, but what if 2 months down the road I change my mind? Can I get a new AP, and what will be the exp. on that AP, 5/22 or the day I activate the new AP?

    Hi Carrie,

I hope that you had the most magical year EVER and got to soak up so much fun with your annual pass! Isn't there something truly special about being able to visit the Walt Disney World Resort whenever you'd like?!

If you'd like to take advantage of the annual pass renewal discount, you'll need to renew your annual pass within 30 days after it expires. If you choose to do that, it will extend your previous annual pass one additional year from your original expiration date. If you decide to wait, you may absolutely purchase another annual pass, but you won't be eligible for the renewal discount. It will function more like a brand new annual pass in that you'll receive a voucher to take to a theme park ticket window or Guest Relations at Disney Springs to activate, and your new magical year will begin when you activate your annual pass rather than when you purchase it.

With so many exciting new experiences coming in the next year or two, I can definitely see why you're considering renewing your annual pass! If you choose to do so, I hope that you have another truly magical year celebrating your favorite Disney traditions and discovering new favorites. Please feel free to visit us along the way if you have any other questions, Carrie, as we'd love to help make your year as incredible as possible!
