Hi Edwy,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! We're always glad to welcome a new friend to our magical corner of the internet.
I hate to meet this way, but unfortunately, I have some less-than-magical news to share.
Magic Keys are eligible for renewal up to 30 days prior to the pass' expiration date. However, if not renewed within that designated window, there is no way to reinstate an expired pass. New sales of Magic Keys are still paused at this time so if you're hoping to purchase a new pass you'll have to wait for sales to resume. I don't have an estimated date for when they will become available again, so your best bet is to keep a close eye on
Disney Parks Blog and the official
Disneyland Magic Key Instagram account. You'll find details there as soon as they become available.
I'm so sorry I don't have better news for you, but I'd like to mention another great ticket offer while you wait for that magical sales announcement. If you're a So Cal resident within ZIP codes 90000-93599 you might want to consider the
current special 3-day ticket offers for visits between January 2 through June 2, 2024. You'll have a choice of either Monday-Thursday weekday tickets or any day tickets, subject to availability and blockout dates, for just a little bit more. Both options seem like a great value if you live in an eligible zip code. Keep in mind that
theme park reservations are still required in addition to valid admission, as well as proof of eligible residency.
Edwy, if we can answer any additional questions or offer other recommendations please come back and let us know.
Wishing you magic and memories,
Amy
