We are Annual Passers. Our passes expire right in the middle of our next trip. We have already renewed our passes. Do we need to go to Guest Relations on the day our new passes start (to receive our new annual pass cards)? Thanks!

    Hi Kim,
Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! I'm so glad you stopped by.

Let's hEAR it for Annual Passholders! I've had my pass for over a decade and it has been such a great investment and an awesome way to explore the parks. I hope you keep finding new and exciting ways to enjoy your Annual Pass; there are so many benefits!  Personally, I'm a huge fan of the dining discounts and used them on my most recent trip to try a few unexplored restaurants (can you believe that after all this time, there are still places I haven't eaten; I still have a list of others to try).

Kim, you can go to Guest Relations or any ticket window at the start of your trip to update your Annual Pass card rather than in the middle of your upcoming visit.  The Cast Member should be able to see the expiration of your current pass and your renewal when they scan your MagicBand and can take care of that for you so you don't miss a minute of the fun during your vacation.  They can also verify your Florida resident ID if necessary at that time.

I hope you love every moment of your Annual Pass this upcoming yEAR! Come back and see us again with all of your vacation planning questions.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
