Welcome to the
Passholder Family, Sandra! When I was first considering purchasing an
Annual Pass for myself, the perk that sealed the deal for me was the unlimited
PhotoPass downloads. During my last trip, the PhotoPass Photographer captured some incredible candid shots of my son talking to the
Citizens of Main Street in Magic Kingdom Park. I'll always cherish the memories of that day.
I'd love to help you troubleshoot your
PhotoPass situation. Personally, I like to download my photos while I'm still on my trip through my mobile device. The pictures automatically show up on my phone through the
My Disney Experience app, and I click on the ones I want to save (I usually do this while I'm waiting in an attraction queue). Some Guests would rather wait until they get home and download all their photos at once to their personal computer. To do it this way, log into your My Disney Experience account and scroll down to 'My Photos.' All your PhotoPass pictures should show up. Hover over an image until you see a gray checkmark in the upper right corner. Clicking on it will turn it green, and a box will appear that says, 'Select all visible media.' After checking the box, click on the blue Download button, and you will be good to go! It's possible the photos will save to your computer as a zip file, so look in your recently downloaded files to see if you find them. If all else fails, try calling the PhotoPass Help Line at (407) 560-4300.
Thanks so much for reaching out to us, Sandra! I hope this helps, but please stop back if you need anything else.
