Hey Ann Marie! Welcome back and thanks so much for bringing us another great question! There are some great
benefits to being an Annual Passholder. I frequently use the room and merchandise discounts as a way of talking my husband into another trip. Of course, as I get closer to my Annual Pass's expiration date, I use the ever-popular "just one more trip" method. Thankfully, he usually goes for it as long as I bring him back some Mickey crisped rice treats!
Another great benefit is the unlimited access to Disney PhotoPass pictures while your Annual Pass is active! I was just today looking in My Disney Experience mobile app to find an on-ride photo of my older daughter's first experience on Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. Ann Marie, make sure you are logged in to the correct Disney account that holds the Annual Pass. Otherwise, the photos will show that watermark. Only Annual Passholders or guests who have purchased the
Memory Maker enhancement are able to properly view and download the pictures. Other guests who were on the trip with you, such as
Family and Friends, will be able to see the photos, but they will not have the ability to view without the watermark and download the photos. If you are logged in correctly to the app or to the
Disney PhotoPass website and are still having difficulty, please
contact a Disney PhotoPass Cast Member for further assistance.
I hope this information helps you get your photographic memories squared away! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
