    I've an Annual pass, a resort reservation April 12-14, when making my park reservations the availability calendar for annual passes shows all parks available for during my stay. but I'm unable to make a reservation for Hollywood studios. Help!

    Hey there, Jean!

    So I heard about a similar situation from a member of the Annual Passholder club the other day and am happy to tell you what I learned after I did some digging. 

    If you have both a Disney Resorts Collection reservation as well as an Annual Pass, the online Disney Park Pass system prioritizes the Disney Resorts Collection reservation. 

    Jean, all is not lost! What you will need to do is to call the V.I. PASSHOLDER line at  (407) 939-7277 and they will get you all fixed up. 

    While we are talking about being a VIP, be sure that you brush up on all of the amazing discounts that you are eligible for at Walt Disney World Resort.
