Hi Kimberly!
Welcome back to planDisney!
When making
park reservations with your
Annual Pass, you will only need a reservation for the very first park you’ll be visiting each day. Once you scan into that park, you can hop to any other park(s) pending park capacity.
So, yes! You’re more than welcome to start your day at Magic Kingdom, hop to a different park, then come back to Magic Kingdom that evening to see the new
Starlight parade (again, pending park capacity).
It’s good to note that you don’t need to start your day at Magic Kingdom if you don’t want to. You’re more than welcome to start your day at a different park, then hop to Magic Kingdom when you’re ready.
I recommend getting to Magic Kingdom early enough to ensure entry into the park and snag a spot for the parade. That way, you won’t feel rushed! If I have time, I always love to grab a treat (like the customized popcorn from
Main Street Confectionery!) to enjoy while I’m waiting for the parade and fireworks to start.
If you happen to miss the first showing of the Starlight parade, there are currently two showings each night: once before the
Happily Ever After fireworks and once after. You can find the showtimes on the
Hours & Events Calendar.
I hope that helps! Have the best time! We’ll see you real soon!
