Do I have to have my annual pass before I can purchase a Table In Wonderland card? I haven't received my pass yet. Is the TIW only good for discounting table meals and does the 20% discount change or stays at 20%? We are comparing this to the diing plan

Hi, Jerry!  You do need to have your annual pass to be eligible to purchase the Tables in Wonderland card, unless you are a Florida resident or a Disney Vacation Club member.  Tables in Wonderland offers a 20% discount at 99 restaurants throughout Walt Disney World, in both the resorts and the hotels.  Those restaurants include both table service restaurants as well as several counter service and lounge locations.

The discount is always 20% on your meal, regardless of the participating location.  You will be charged an 18% gratuity, regardless of party size, when you use the card.

I have the Tables in Wonderland card, and we love it!  It does end up saving us a decent amount of money out of our vacation budget, and I find myself booking more table service dining experiences as a result.
