I have an annual pass but Memory Maker is not showing up. It prompts me to purchase it. Why is that?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rena!

It sounds like Vanellope von Schweetz may have put a glitch in the system for you. No worries, though! It should be an easy fix.

First of all, double-check to make sure your Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass is connected to your My Disney Experience account by going under the “My Tickets and Passes” section of your account. If it’s there, try to log completely out of your My Disney Experience account online or via the My Disney Experience mobile app and then try logging in again. If your Memory Maker does not show up (or your Disney PhotoPass Service photos have the PhotoPass watermark on them), I would recommend reaching out to someone at the Annual Passholder helpline to see if they can help. The Cast Members at the other end of the line will be able to access your My Disney Experience account (after you provide the email you used to create your account) and should be able to get to the bottom of your problem. Most of the time, though, I’ve found that refreshing the app or logging out and back in again will usually fix the glitch.

If you still run into troubles, please let us know and we’ll see if we can find another solution for you.

    Have a Magical day, Rena!
