Welcome foolish mortal to planDisney! I'm happy to be your ghost host and guide you through some of Walt Disney World's spooktacular offerings this season.
Maria, as an Annual Passholder, I hope you've had the chance to visit the Disney Parks since their July reopening. Have you seen the
incredible specials for residents of the Sunshine State? Be sure to check them out to see if combining a
Resort Hotel stay with your Halloween visit will work for you.
This year, Walt Disney World invites you to
experience fall and Halloween in the Magic Kingdom Park all season long. From now until October 31, Guests of all ages are invited to show their spirit by dressing up in their favorite costumes during all operating hours. Every day until the big day can be
Halloween in the Magic Kingdom Park for your family!
Additionally, seasonal snacks and Halloween merchandise are available throughout the parks and resorts. My fellow
planDisney friend, Aena, recently sampled the pumpkin tiramisu at
Disney's Hollywood Studios and gave it a rave review. In the Magic Kingdom Park, the pumpkin-spice waffle ice cream sundae tops my must-try list.
Between now and October 31, you can also catch your favorite Disney friends in Halloween cavalcades traveling down Main Street U.S.A. and the
Dapper Dans making special appearances as the Cadaver Dans. They've emerged from their tombs just in time for some spooky, a cappella fun! You never know where the Disney characters may pop up this Halloween season, so be on the look out. I've heard Winnie the Pooh and his pals are dressed up for the holiday and waving to Guests from the front porch of the
Crystal Palace.
Maria, the good news is that you don't have to visit on Halloween day to experience these haunted happenings; they are available all season long. Be sure to reserve your theme park day in advance using the
Disney Park Pass System, as this is sure to be a popular month in the
Magic Kingdom Park.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, and if there is anything else can help with please come back and see us again.
Happy Halloween!
Betsy
