Hey there, Heather!
Thanks for hopping by with a question. I'm happy to help!
As a fellow Annual Passholder, I too, enjoy hopping between the parks on a given day. I have a similar plan for my upcoming visit and hope to enjoy a relaxing morning break at
Nomad Lounge before hopping over to another park for some afternoon adventures.
You should be able to purchase
Lightning Lane Multi Pass for your preferred park, regardless of where you plan to begin your day. Keep in mind you'll need a
theme park reservation for your first park (except on good-to-go days) otherwise return time availability will automatically populate starting at 2 p.m. or later when theme park reservations are typically no longer required. If you plan to quickly pick up your
Annual Passholder magnet at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and then head over to Disney's Hollywood Studios, park-to-park buses will be available to transport you. I've seen them running starting around 10 a.m. each day, but the schedule is subject to change.
When making your Lightning Lane selections, remember that your first 3 choices must all be at the same park. You will be able to schedule additional selections at any park, subject to availability, once you redeem one of the initial 3. Disney's Hollywood Studios also utilizes
attraction groupings, so be sure to review those before making your selections. My perfect day would include
Slinky Dog Dash or
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith from Group One, and then
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ and
Toy Story Mania! from Group Two. Throw in a stop at The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge (hello, Grapefruit Cake Martini) and a showing of
Fantasmic! and you really can't get much better. I'm sure you'll find the perfect set of plans for your visit later this week.
I hope this clears up any confusion Heather. If we can answer more planning questions please come back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
