    Hi! I am an annual pass holder, and just renewed my pass for next year (yay!). I went online to order our new MagicBands, and saw we can upgrade. Each character one I choose says it is out of stock though. Is this a glitch, or will they be getting more?

    Hi, Alexandra! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and the Annual Passholder family! I just recently renewed my Annual Pass online and also began the *ahem* stalking of the MagicBand upgrade page! It took me a couple of weeks to get one of the upgrade designs that I wanted, but that Foolish Mortal one finally left its crypt to make its way to my happy home! I have now been frequently checking in with the page to try to upgrade some for my daughters for an upcoming trip we have together. Well, I guess I will continue to be a page stalker right alongside you for a bit!

    The MagicBand upgrades are extremely popular, so almost as quickly as they appear, they disappear. So far, we have just had to rely on faith, trust, and pixie dust to acquire the MagicBands we want. The best way to acquire your favorite themed band is to stop by the My MagicBands and Cards section of your My Disney Experience account and use the link that shows you have an order waiting to be customized. The stock published on the page is updated frequently, so you never know when your favorite may materialize!

    I do have a few quick tips to share with you that have seemed to work for us here on the panel. If your web browser has an incognito option, use that. Try checking first thing in the morning or late at night. Our reasoning has been that there are fewer people on at that time and if a drop happens, that may help you acquire your treasure. One Cast Member suggested clearing the browser's history and doing a hard reset with Ctrl F5. Another has said to use Safari as your browser. I wish using my Fairy Godmother magic wand was an option, but it has not seemed to work as well as these other tips!

    As my mom always told me, patience is a virtue. So I guess we are all learning this valuable lesson to get us through to that pixie-dusted moment when our favorite MagicBand upgrade is ours.
