Hi Karen,
The good news is that you do not need a theme park ticket to enjoy Disney World's beautiful resorts! I love a resort day where we hop from place to place eating at different restaurants and enjoying the many wonderful activities available.
The are so many wonderful things to experience during
springtime and Easter at Disney World, my favorite being the Easter egg displays and specialty treats. If you make an
advanced dining reservation for a restaurant at one of the hotels you will be visiting, they will allow you to park there for a few hours while you explore. If you are set on exploring via the
Disney Skyliner those resorts would include the Riviera Resort, Caribbean Beach Resort, Art of Animation Resort, and Pop Century Resort. You can also hop off at the International Gateway to EPCOT and walk over to Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Beach Club Resort, or Boardwalk Inn.
My favorite reservation on the Disney Skyliner resort loop is
Topolino's Terrace at Disney's Riviera Resort. They have a delicious character breakfast where your favorite Disney classic characters run around in their artistic Parisian finest. After breakfast, you jump right on the Skyliner for your resort-hopping journey.
If you don't want to worry about time or want to make a whole day out of exploring Disney's Easter resort festivities, you can also park at the Ticket and Transportation Center for a full day of fun and take the monorail to the Grand Floridian Resort, Contemporary Resort, and Polynesian Resort. The
Grand Floridian Resort features one of the most fantastic displays of decorated Easter eggs I have ever seen and is not to be missed.
"Hoppy" Planning,
Jenna
