I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your
Disney Park Pass reservations. At the time you made the reservation, you should have received an email confirmation. I recommend checking the email account associated with your
My Disney Experience account and searching for an email from Walt Disney World Reservations with the subject line "Disneyworld Theme Park Reservation Confirmation". If you have the confirmation email, you should be good to go. Try signing out of your My Disney Experience account and closing the browser or app and then relaunching it and signing in again. You should see any Disney Park Pass reservations you've made under "My Plans" on the My Disney Experience website or "Future Plans" on the app.
If you do not have a confirmation email and still cannot see your Disney Park Pass reservation in your account, I am afraid that somehow the reservation was not finalized. You might try reaching out to the
helpline or stopping by
Guest Relations to see if they can be of assistance. I know Disney Park Pass availability is rather limited over this holiday weekend, but other Guests' plans change all the time, so I recommend that you keep checking back -- it is possible that additional reservations may become available.
