    I am an annual pass holder for Disney World, and we saw all these people doing the dining plan. Can we buy it separately, since it will help out?

    Walt Disney World annual pass holders are eligible for the Disney Dining Plan, but only if they're staying on WDW property. If you have a room reservation and an annual pass, call Disney reservations at 407-W-DISNEY to discuss adding the Dining Plan to your package.
